DEPOSIT POLICY:

Why don’t we take deposits? It's simple,TRUST.
Because we believe in trusting our clients to respect our time.

We understand that life happens, and while last-minute changes can be unavoidable, we kindly ask that you give us as at least 48HRS or as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

However, if this trust is broken (late cancellations or no-shows), unfortunately we will absorb the loss, but please note that we will no longer accept future bookings from that client.

Do we expect tips?
We’ll be honest tips are always appreciated, but never required. Our services are thoughtfully priced so you never feel pressured to add gratuity. If you’d like to leave a tip, we will happily accept it but please know it is completely optional.

Another beautiful way to support us (outside of tipping!) is by leaving a thoughtful review or referring your friends and family. Your kind words and trust mean the world to us and help our small business grow.
